
Per SJ Planning it is possible to build 16 homes. San Jose Planning has provided the option to subdivide the property into two lots and then split each lot into 10 units per SB1123. The City has determined a builder can build 15 condos, which 3 have be used for low income families and one has to be a detached ADU. The ADU has to be built after the condo completion.
