Yessica Moore started her career in 2001 as a junior loan processor and worked diligently to real estate broker. Due to her intense background that has provided her with a high level of knowledge, she is able to execute a service like no other. Today, Yessica is the co-founder of Blue Horizon Realty and Lending, Inc., with her business partner and sister, Gabriela Marks. Yessica has worked on both sides of lending in direct and broker. Her decision to become a real estate broker was due to the ability to provide clients with a plethora of options, and also to be able to provide a Real Estate division operated by her business partner, Gabriela Marks. Yessica has earned a glowing reputation because of the careful attention she provides to each individual client. She takes pride in being able to share her knowledge, provide the extra special care and attention to each client, their unique situation, and tailoring a loan to fit those needs perfectly. Yessica truly cares about each client and making their dreams come true.

Yessica has resided in north county San Diego since 1992. Today, with her husband and two boys, she happily resides in Valley Center. Yessica loves spending time with her family, her pets, and always finding the time to go camping at the desert or lake.
